Najib has breakfast with Sabah BN leaders

KOTA KINABALU, Feb 14- Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak left for Beaufort with a helicopter from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport to attend the people’s gathering after having breakfast with state leaders.

Earlier, during the breakfast, Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman updated the prime minister on the latest development on the intrusion of a group of armed men suspected to be militant fighters from southern Philippines in
Lahad Datu on Tuesday, said Sabah BN secretary Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan.

According to reports, the security forces have surrounded the group and ordered them to lay down their arms and surrender.

The breakfast menu included yee sang in conjunction with the Chinese New Year.  After the people’s gathering in Beaufort, the prime minister is scheduled to attend another people’s gathering in Papar at noon and later launch the ‘Nadi Kasih’ – 1Malaysia Development Berhad programme in Tuaran.
