“Teachers should evaluate rationally and do not, in any way, be influenced by quarters who want to destroy the country.

“They should base on the truth because what is important is for the building of a more glorious country in future,” he told reporters after opening the

Mustapa, who is also the Kelantan Umno liaison chairman, said teachers in Kelantan should understand what the opposition was actually fighting for, especially in the issue on the oil royalty.

“I have been accused as being among those responsible for not bringing development to Kelantan.

“In one of the demonstrations by the opposition, they whipped an effigy of me, which is an inappropriate action,” he added.

Mustapa said that since he was appointed a minister, he had brought several big projects for the Kelantan people, like Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, the Kelantan Urban Transformation Centre and also the Second Sultan Yahya Petra bridge Kedua.

“That is why in the 13th general election, it is very crucial that the Kelantan people bring change,” he added.
