HishammuddinKUALA LUMPUR, July 2- The summons issued under the Automated Enforcement System (AES) are still in force although the court proceedings have been postponed, said Acting Transport Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein.

“This means that motorists who received AES summons will still have to settled the compound,” he said in a written reply to Teresa Kok (DAP-Seputeh) at the Dewan Rakyat, today.

Hishammuddin said the summons should be paid because the notice that was issued to the offender was in accordance with the law.
