KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28- B. Sivam, the press secretary of Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam, died in a road accident in Melaka today.
The accident occurred at a point between Pedas Linggi and Simpang Ampat on the North-South Expressway at about 8.30 am. Subramaniam, who was contacted by Bernama, said he was on his way to the Tampin Hospital.
