Chennai – Tamil Nadu Chief Minister has undergone An Angio procedure due to her cardiac arrest. Apollo Hospital authorities revealed that she has been put on “extra-corporeal membrane heart assist device”, a life support system that aids heart and lung functioning.
Hospital authorities also said the next 24 hours are critical as they closely monitor her condition.
Apollo Hospitals in their twitter page said Tamil Nadu Chief Minister is “being treated and monitored by a team of experts including Cardiologists, Pulmonologist & Critical care specialists”.
