Re-elected Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff reacts as she adresses a press confernece in Brasilia, Brazil, 26 October 2014. Rousseff won a narrow re-election victory on 26 October over challenger Aecio Neves, official results show. Rousseff, 66, of the centre-left Workers' Party (PT), received 51.45 percent to Neves' 48.55 percent. With 98 percent of the votes counted, Rousseff's lead was unsurmountable. Rousseff will begin another four-year term on 01 January 2015. By the end of her second term the PT will have served 16 consecutive years.
