23 March 2013-Actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has been away from the silver screen for about two years, has hit the headlines recently. The actor last seen on big screen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Guzaarishin 2010 reportedly is all set for a comeback in Bollywood.
And the buzz is that her next film might be opposite 25-year-old Varun Dhawan, who made his Bollywood debut last year with KJo’s film Student of The Year.
“Nothing is finalised yet, but (director) Sriram Raghavan has reached out to Aishwarya and Varun. Neither of them want to talk about it yet, since things are at an initial stage,” as reported by a trade insider to a leading daily.
Their source further added, “In the last two weeks, Varun and Sriram have met a few times to discuss the project. Varun is believed to be a big fan of the kind of films Sriram is known for.”
Sriram Raghavan’s film starring Aishwarya and Varun will reportedly be a dark thriller and will be produced by Ramesh Taurani. While Varun Dhawan is believed to be confirmed for the film, the makers are still waiting for Aishwarya’s response.
