KUALA LUMPUR, April 26 – Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak hopes Malaysians will continue to support him and the Barisan Nasional (BN) so that they could continue serving them.
The Prime Minister said in Malaysia, elections were held to to grant citizens their right to choose their government administrators for both the Federal and State level.
“This is a democratic process that we have practised since we achieved independence.
“This year in particular is a special election for me, as it will be my first time competing not only as a candidate in the Pekan constituency but also as BN chairman,” he said in his latest entry titled “GE13 Campaign Trail: Day 5” in his www.1malaysia.com.my blog today.
In it, he also said that he had the opportunity to visit several Polling District Centres in Sabah during his two-day visit to the state on Tuesday and Wednesday, which was part of his campaign programme for the 13th General Election (GE13).
