JULY 7- The second day of the IIFA weekend saw a lot of starstudded action. The day started with Shah Rukh Khan arriving with Bollywood divas Madhuri Dixit and his Chennai Express co- star Deepika Padukone.
The lobby of the Venetian, the official venue of the event, has been bustling with stars. Sridevi came with husband Boney Kapoor and R. Balki walked in with director wife Gauri Shinde. Actors Zayed Khan, Aftab Shivdasani, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Sonu Sood also made it to Macau on the second day.
Hollywood’s favourite action hero Jean- Claude Van Damme made a surprise entry. He was taken aback by a huge fanfare in the lobby. “I am here for an announcement which I will make only on the awards night. I want Bollywood actors to work in our films,” Van Damme said.
Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Huma Qureshi, Sonu Sood, Sridevi, Parineeti Chopra, Dia Mirza, Niel, Ram Kapoor, Prabhudeva, film- maker Anurag Basu were all in attendance.
