Putrajaya, March 7- The letter containing the 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M) 3.0 have been sent to those who have not received through their banks, Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah said.
He said among those who have not received their BR1M payments were those who have not updated their personal information, whose identity card numbers were not the same as in the bank accounts, and those deemed not eligible based on their monthly incomes.
Speaking to reporters after launching the MyResults applications at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre here today, Ahmad Husni said those who failed to get the BR1M could appeal through the Internal Revenue Board (LHDN)website at www.hasil.gov.my or go to the nearest LHDN office.
He said the application, which is in line with the Outcome-Based Budget (OBB) and would be used in all ministries by 2016, would integrate the development and operations expenditure to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in each ministry.
The OBB, the brainchild of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, would also solve the problem of overlapping of projects and programmes between government departments and agencies, as well as ensure that resources are distributed according to the nation’s priorities.
To date, three ministries – the Finance Ministry, the International Trade and Industry Ministry, and the Health Ministry – have already used the application while other ministries will do so in stages.
