New Delhi, September 13 – After getting rave reviews for her real life portrayal of feisty cop in Mardaani, Rani Mukerji is all set to add another feather to her cap. The actress will be honoured by the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan along with the IAS officers of the state.
According to reports, Madhya Pradesh government has organized a felicitation ceremony in Bhopal for Rani on September 12. Many state bureaucrats will also attend the ceremony.
Released on August 22, Mardaani it seems has turned out to be Rani’s career best performance. Inspired by real life lady cops, Rani played to near perfection a crime branch official on the trail of sex-trafficking mafia.
