New Delhi, February 4 – Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is back on the sets and her comeback wagon is none other than Sanjay Gupta’s action-thriller Jazbaa. The actress has started filming for the film and the director couldn’t contain his happiness and shared a picture of her from the sets.
Aishwarya will play the role of a lawyer in the film which also stars Irrfan Khan, Shabana Azmi and Anupam Kher. Sanjay is glad to work with Aishwarya and called his first day working experience with her ‘fabulous’.
The film’s cast recently met for the script reading session. Known for directing entertainers like Kaante and Shootout at Lokhandwala, Gupta has collaborated with Aishwarya for the first time. Supposedly based on South Korean thriller titled Seven Days, Jazbaa was announced at Cannes Film Festival this year.
As much as Sanjay Gupta would have wanted the plot to remain a secret, he unwittingly revealed it in an interview and also admitted to planning to buy the rights of a foreign movie on which Jazbaa is based.
