Mumbai, May 7 – Several celebrities took time off today to console and show their support to Salman Khan as the Bollywood Superstar awaits for a court decision tomorrow on his bail application.

The Bollywood star was convicted of culpable homicide in a hit-and-run case and sentenced to five years in prison. Khan was arrested in September 2002 for ramming a car into a bakery, killing one person and injuring four.
Leading the pack of celebrities is another Bollywood starAamir Khan who is considered a close rival to Salman Khan in terms of box-office collections.
Other celebrities included Director/Producer Karan Johar, actress Karisma Kapoor, and Mumbai politician Raj Thackaray.
Other celebrities who visited Salman included Bipasha Basu, Sunil Shetty, Preity Zinta and Rani Mukerjee.
