Putra Jaya, July 13 – The Court of Appeal will hear today the appeal against the KL High Court decision delivered on 15th June in respect of the Judicial Review application filed by Datuk Seri G.Palanivel and four others against the Registrar of Societies (RoS).
Federal Counsel Amarjeet Singh is appearing for the RoS while former BAR Council President Ragunath Kesavan is appearing for Palanivel.
Former Court of Appeal Judge Gopal Sri Ram (pic) is appearing for the 2009 CWC which has been allowed as an Intervener.
