KUCHING April 1 – The fifth Cat-City International Cat Show will be hosted on April 27 and 28 said Kuching North City Hall (DBKU) Mayor, Datuk Abang Abdul Wahap Abang Julai, here today. He said the show, organised by DBKU in collaboration with the Sarawak Cat Club, will be more prestigious this year with the participation of eight judges from countries like the United States and Russia.
“An increase in professional judges from four to eight will make the standard of judging even higher and its is hoped to attract even more entries for the competition,” he told a press conference, here.
He said the event to be held at the Sarawak Youth and Sports Complex Hall, has to date attracted 225 cats from Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and Thailand.
