MAY 21- More revelations continue to surface in the IPL spot-fixing scandal even as the three arrested cricketers – S. Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan – are set to be produced in court later on Tuesday.
The Delhi Police has recovered Rs.20 lakh from Ajit Chandila’s home while the Mumbai Police has found pictures of Sreesanth with a known bookie. They have also established links between the arrested bookies and Pakistan operatives.
The laptop belonging to S. Sreesanth that was seized by the Mumbai Police from a hotel has revealed that the tainted cricketer was in touch with a Bollywood casting director.
It was reported on Monday that the casting director used to mail photographs of models to Sreesanth. The investigators have also found a photograph of the cricketer with a bookie named Jupiter.
They have also found a list of contact with all the names saved in codes.
