GEORGE TOWN, June 11 – A bomb hoax held up proceedings for about an hour from 10 am today at the Penang Courts building in Lebuh Light here.
Penang CID chief SAC Mazlan Kesah said police conducted a search after ordering the 200 staff and members of the public out of the building but found no bomb.
He said a person, identified to be most probably an Arab from his accent, had made the hoax call to the Penang Police headquarters.
