KANGAR, June 17 – The Raja of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Putra Jamalullail (photo) launched the logo, song, mascot and Malaysia Games (Sukma) 2014 website simultaneously last night in conjunction with the 17th Sukma in June next year.
The lion has been chosen as the mascot and will also be portrayed on the logo.
The official song is “Seiring Menuju Kecemerlangan” (together towards excellence), composed by RTM music director Datuk Mokhzani Ismail who is also from Perlis, while the official website is www.sukmaperlis2014.com.my.
Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin in his speech hoped the state leadership and administration would strengthen their collaboration to make Sukma 2014 a success.
