This new medium provides easy and speedy access to knowledge and people should use it wisely and not get carried away by the world without borders,” he said during the launch, in conjunction with the Raja of Perlis Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Putra Jamalullail’s 70th birthday celebrations.

Perlis has 37 rural libraries, with 23 of them in wireless villages and the rest under the Streamyx broadband service.
