JULY 9- There is another twist in actor Jiah Khan’s suicide case.
More than a month after her death, forensic report has arrived and reveals that the actor was drunk when she committed suicide.
According to a report in a daily , the director of Kalina Forensic Laboratory, MK Malve, said that he submitted the reports to the police but denied disclosing details about the same.
Reportedly, some percentage of alcohol was found in Jiah’s blood test report.Jiah (25) hanged herself at her residence in western Mumbai on June 3, allegedly over broken relationship with aspiring actor Sooraj Pancholi, son of actor couple Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab.
The actor’s mother blamed Sooraj for driving her daughter to suicide and later handed over a six-page letter, purportedly written by Jiah, to police, throwing light on the relationship between the two.
The letter did not mention the person it is addressed to and narrates emotional travails of the writer.
Police arrested Suraj (21) and booked him on the charge of abetment to suicide following the incident and he got bail on July 1.
Jiah Khan debuted in Bollywood with Ram Gopal Varma’s Nishabd and later starred in Ghajini and Housefull.
