KUALA LUMPUR, July 11 – RHB Banking Group has appointed Jamaluddin Bakri as its Director of Group Human Resource.
He will be responsible for managing the overall human resource functions across the Group.
This includes strategic planning and organisational development, human capital development as well as performance management for the RHB Banking Group, according to a statement by RHB Capital Bhd here, today.
Jamaluddin brings with him more than 19 years of international experience in all aspects of HR functions.
He holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Hull, United Kingdom, with a background in Mechanical Engineering.
Prior to joining the RHB Banking Group, he was the Group Head of HR for IHH Healthcare Bhd.
Jamaluddin also spent 14 years with Microsoft in his last role as Regional HR Director for Asia Services.
