KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 10- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak wants candidates sitting for the Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR), which begins today, to do their best.
“To students sitting for UPSR tomorrow, I wish them success. Do the best for your parents, teachers, and most important, for yourselves,” he said in his Twitter.
A total of 478,848 candidates are sitting for the UPSR, from tomorrow until Thursday, at 8,268 examination centres nationwide.
The candidates include 469,882 students from government and government-aided schools, and the remaining from Malay-medium private schools.
