LIMA, Sept 12 – Peru’s Prime Minister Juan Jimenez Mayor said Wednesday that the Peruvian government will award investment projects totalling over US$15 billion in the next few months.
During a meeting with political parties, Jimenez said that the country is experiencing the challenge of continuing to grow and create a social agenda that includes security and rural development.
He noted that proposals emerging from the meeting will be placed on an agenda that will soon be made public.
“It will be an opportunity to set a working agenda that will meet the country’s needs and how we can continue growing,” he said.
