Kuala Lumpur, March 19-The Sijil Tinggi Peperiksaan Malaysia (STPM) 2013 results will be released tomorrow while the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2013 results are scheduled for Thursday, March 20.
STPM candidates can obtain the results from their respective schools from noon onwards, while private candidates would receive theirs by mail.
In a statement here Tuesday, Malaysian Examination Council public relations officer Khawari Idris said 55,214 candidates sat for the exam at 773 centres nationwide.
The results are also available via text message by typing STPM RESULT and sending it to 15888, he said.
It can be viewed on the council’s portal at http://www.mpm.edu.my from noon onwards tomorrow as well.
Khawari added that a press conference on the analysis of the results would be held at the Council’s auditorium in Bandar Baru Selayang, Batu Caves, Selangor half an hour before it is released to the candidates.
As for SPM candidates the results will be available at their respective schools from 10 am onwards on Thursday.
In a statement , the Education Ministry’s Examination Board said that 470,395 candidates had sat for the exam at 3,616 centres nationwide.
The results are also available via SMS by typing SPM and sending it to 15888. The service will be activated from 10 am Thursday to 11.59 pm, March 26.
The press conference on the results will be held at 9 am on Thursday in the Main Conference Room, Level 6, Block E8, Complex Parcel E, Putrajaya.
