New Delhi, January 6 – Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has reportedly given green signal to a thriller to be directed by Raj Kumar Gupta of No One Killed Jessica fame. Kareena is supposed to start shooting for Raj Kumar Gupta’s untitled venture after she winds up Kabir Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
The actress is currently busy shooting for the Salman -starrer action-romance where she plays a Brahmin girl from Lucknow. Director Gupta was reported by a tabloid as saying: “We have come across a script that both Kareena and I love. We will be working together on that. It will happen very soon.”
Gupta made a scintillating debut with Aamir in 2008, went on to bring alive the high profile Jessica Lal murder case starring Rani Mukerji and Vidya Balan, on big screen. The film garnered rave reviews from critics.
Meanwhile, Kareena, who was last seen in Singham Returns, is currently shooting for Bajrangi Bhaijaan. She is tipped to be playing Md Azharuddin’s first wife in biopic starring Emraan Hashmi.
The actress will also be reportedly seen in Abhishek Chaubey’s Udta Punjab which also stars her ex-flame Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. However, she is not meant to be sharing screen space with Sasha.
