February 8, 2013- As we inch closer to Valentine’s Day, we realise how important it is for you to be able to ‘ask her out.’ Do not panic and do not fret, because with these easy to moderately tough to simply crazy ideas at your fingertips, you will definitely be able to woo your maiden out for now and forever!
At the waters
Take your girl on a boat ride. Better still if its a private yacht. Take her a little into the sea or river and then struggle with the equipments and pretend to be stuck. When it gets late into the evening, light a candle you had obviously got (in preparation) take out that little muffin you tucked away in your pocket and get on your knees.
Extreme sports
Do you both enjoy tripping? Then take her to one of your favorite trekking spots and once you reach the top, put up a tent and right under the stars, ask her for her hand. She will be too tired but all her energy will come back in a jiffy when she hears those golden words. And ofcourse, what happens thereafter is for the stars to know!
Let your pictures speak..
If you are the creative types, then click a lot of pictures of her during a period of time and then create a lovely collage of them all and give it to her saying ‘This is how my heart looks, it is full of you and only you!’ When she recovers from that amazing gift, ask her the quintessential question and see her mush out completely.
Sky high
If you would like to do it in style, then we say you hire a personal chopper and take her for the flight of her life. In the middle of the blue sky, ask her ‘Will you marry me?’ and when she says yes, you can go on to have the most awesome time ever and feel ‘on top of the world’ literally.
By the pool
Take her to a beautiful restaurant, preferably the one she loves the most. Choose the table next to the pool. After a delightful dinner, order that special chocolate mousse she loves and sitting on that mousse would be your pretty little ring. Super!
The official experience
This one is sure to make your girl go pink. Order her favourite Hot Chocolate fudge and send it to her office along with a pretty bouquet of flowers and a note asking if she would be yours forever! You could do it personally later but this would be your official ‘asking out’. She will be embarrassed, flustered and very much head over heels for you!
Love on air
If you know how much she loves a particular radio jockey, then you must try and reach the RJ and tell him you want to propose to your girl. When you are sure she is listening to the FM channel on a given day, let the RJ tell her, or even better, you tell her how much you love her! She will be blushing for the rest of her day!
Beachy surprise
How about a really long date on a beach? Choose a private spot in a beach you both love. Spend the whole night talking about things close to your heart and when the sun is about to rise, walk with her towards the waves and hand her an oyster shell with a ring inside. The waves will drown the squeals of excitement thereafter!
