SERI ISKANDAR, Feb 15 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today joined 300 students and staff of Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) for Friday prayer at An-Nur Mosque here. Also seen among the congregation was Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir.
The prayer was led by Imam Dawi Cahyono Nurdin. After the prayer, Najib, who was wearing peach-coloured Baju Melayu, also spent some time to mingle and pose for pictures with the congregation. Najib, who is on a one day working visit to Perak, later left to attend the Orang Asli Gathering and launch the ‘Change the Destiny of Orang Asli’ programme at Universiti Teknologi Mara here.
