SUNGAI PETANI, Aug 2 – Kedah MIC leaders have been urged to strive and win back the Lunas and Bukit Selambau seats so that the party can be heard by the state government.
MIC vice-president Datuk S. Sothinathan (pic) said they need to be united and ready to face challenges to recapture the two state seats lost in the last general election.
“Kedah MIC leaders in the divisions and branches must work hard and plan strategies to win back the Lunas and Bukit Selambau state seats.
“Only then, our voice will be clearly heard by the state government,” he told a press conference after attending the 68th Kedah MIC Convention, here today.
