“Today my judicial review was fixed for hearing before judge Datin Azizah Nawawi.

The AG submitted that I was not an affected party as my name is not mentioned in the letter dated 25.6.2015.

AG further submitted that the letter merely takes note of the contents of the letter dated 17.6.2015 which was issued by the Datuk Seri Dr Subramaniam.

The AG said that the letter dated 25.6.2015 did not make a decision on my membership and it merely took note of what was written in the letter dated 17.6.2015.

It comes to me as a relief that there was no decision by the RoS but it saddened me that I had to go to court and waste the honorable’s court time and money for a confirmation of this.

There is no power conferred on the interim CWC 2009 to decide on membership status or to pass various resolutions.

Upon hearing no decision was made on my membership by the AG, I immediately instructed my lawyers Mr Selvam Shanmugam and Ms Kokila Vani Vadiveloo to withdraw the action filed.

The RoS requested RM50K as costs but the Court then fixed RM10K and this goes towards the Dana Tabung AG not for the lawyers”
