Kuala Lumpur – The Federal Court today refused to grant leave for appeal to Dato Seri G.Palanivel’s faction in respect of their Judicial Review application against the Registrar of Societies (RoS).
With this decision Palanivel’s battle to return to the MIC is finally over.
The Federal Court decision also indirectly endorses Dato Seri Dr.S.Subramaniam’s leadership to lead the party without further hindrances.
With the Federal Court decision the MIC elections scheduled on 6th of November is now expected gear up in full steam.
