Azmin AliPETALING JAYA – Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali today slammed individuals who have been questioning his loyalty to PKR de facto leader, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and called them little boys who do not understand the real struggle of reformation.

The PKR deputy president said all this while he was being patient and took the stand of not attacking any individuals involved even though his loyalty was being questioned.

“There are a few little boys who questioned my loyalty and I have been patient…I did not retaliate so much so the people are saying Azmin, you are too quiet….but as the saying goes ‘empty vessels make most noise,” he said when opening the 2018 Selangor Keadilan annual general meeting here today.

According to Mohamed Azmin, these little boys are still green on the struggle of reformation unlike him and other leaders who had experienced various bitter and challenging times before this.

On another matter, Mohamed Azmin also rubbished the claim of Kapar MP, Datuk Abdullah Sani Abdul Hamid that electing him as PKR deputy president would trigger a repeat of the 2014 Selangor menteri besar crisis at federal level.

The former Selangor menteri besar said the appointment of menteri besar needed to go through specific processes and no individual could determine the position of another individual.

“It (appointment of menteri besar) has processes to be discussed, decided and brought to the palace for further processes.

“So I feel this matter ( Abdullah Sani’s claim) is irrelevant as the party president (Datuk Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail) had repeatedly issued statements to clarify the process (appointment of menteri besar),” he said.

In an interview with an English news portal today, Abdullah Sani told PKR members to chose an honest and loyal leader such as Rafizi Ramli as the party’s deputy president compared to Mohamed Azmin who placed his personal agenda above party interests.
