KUALA LUMPUR — Suria KLCC’s theme for Deepavali this time is “Lights of Joy”.
“It is a fitting theme as we acknowledge that festivities such as the festival of lights bring joy and unite Malaysians in a unique way,” said Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd executive director and chief executive officer, Andrew Brien, in a statement.
Activities and traditional performances like the Bharatanatyam, Bhavai and Ghoomar will be held till Nov 7. Don’t forget to also look out for two impressive, 6m peacock-motif kolams in Centre Court.
During the celebration period, shoppers who purchase RM1,000 and above in goods in a single receipt at any of Suria KLCC’s specialty stores can redeem a pair of colourful, hand-painted bowls (while stocks last).
As a company that cares, Suria KLCC is continuing its collaboration with Hospis Malaysia through the “Speak Up – There’s an Elephant in the Room” palliative care awareness campaign.
Shoppers may support this initiative through the purchase of a RM15, limited-edition Cik Gajah wool felt document folder at Centre Court till Nov 7.
