ANGAR, May 22- Urban Well-being, Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan (photo) has invited Pakatan Rakyat to contribute ideas in addressing issues related to his ministry.
He said the opposition could nominate two or three members of Parliament to discuss matters arising without any formal commitment as they were not members of any ministerial committee.
“Let us avoid infighting in Parliament and derailing proceedings.
“There are issues that can be solved outside Parliament or at the ministry level,” he told reporters after attending the opening the Perlis Fire and Rescue Department Headquarters new complex here today.
On another development, he said the Fire and Rescue Department would open a one stop centre at all fire and rescue stations to assist fire victims in getting personal documents which perished in fire.
