KUALA LUMPUR, MAY 23- It is a sad thing that there are still deaths in police custody, said MIC President Datuk Seri G. Palanivel.
Yesterday there was another death and it has really upset the Indian community, added Palanivel.
I hope the authorities will conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and submit complete report. There should be no stones left unturned during the investigation.
There are laws and order in the country and procedures that have to be followed in any circumstances.
Nobody should take the laws into their own hands, added Palanivel.
