Kuala lumpur, June 13 – Domino’s Pizza Malaysia targets a 20 per cent increase in sales with the launch of its first Mega Sale in Malaysia, said Deputy General Manager Shamsul Amree.
The company is still number one in the pizza delivery business in terms of the number of pizzas delivered to customers from its 104 outlets in Malaysia, he told reporters, although he declined to disclose the company’s sales and market share figures.
“The company also aims to expand further by opening 15-20 outlets by year-end, but there is no plan to enter the Sabah and Sarawak markets yet,” Shamsul said.
Domino’s Pizza Malaysia was bestowed with the Domino’s Pizza Gold Franny Award for four consecutive years from 2009 to 2012, a distinguished achievement award of the International Franchise Association at Domino’s Worldwide Rally.
The award is given to storeowners who rank in the top one per cent on several measurement criteria which include sales performance, product quality and operational audit scores, community involvement, store safety and security levels and store crew morale.
Meanwhile, under the Mega Sales campaign, the company offers two exclusive deals two regular pizzas with extra cheese at RM30 and two large pizzas with extra cheese for RM50, which amount to savings of RM19.60 each.
