TAMPIN, Aug 13- Domino’s Pizza has launched a pilot concept store here to meet the needs of a market where dining in with families and friends is a popular past-time.
President of Domino’s Pizza Malaysia & Singapore, Ba U Shan-Ting, said Domino’s was committed to provide value to the customers.
He said in addition to the 30-minute pizza delivery guarantee, Domino’s will also waive service charge for in-store customers.
Ting said the pilot outlet was the company’s way of offering extra value to the customers through the option of dining in at the store.
“Domino’s is pleased to be able to provide this enhanced dine-in option and this is very much in line with our ongoing initiatives to improve the customer service to dine-in customers.
“We are optimistic that the new store layout, improved convenience as well as enhanced ambiance will be well-received by our customers,” he said.
In addition to the new look for the store, the pilot outlet also offers an extended menu.
The store boasts a modern layout with a fresh new look and feel, complemented with innovative features to enhance customers’ dine-in experience and to cater to their comfort and convenience.
The most significant addition comes in the form of the open viewing area where customers will be able to observe the pizza-making process.
To add on to this enjoyable atmosphere, the new store is equipped with live streaming of popular tunes from Domino’s music channel, Domino’s FM.
Free Wi-Fi service is available for dine-in customers.
