KUALA LUMPUR, June 27- Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Hajah Haminah graced the banquet held in conjunction with the 232nd Meeting of the Conference of Malay Rulers at Istana Negara yesterday night.
The royalty present included the Raja of Perlis Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail, Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, Sultan of Johor Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar and Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir.
Also present were the Regent of Perak Raja Dr Nazrin Shah and chairman of Kedah Regency Council Datuk Seri Utama Tunku Annuar Sultan Badlishah.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and his wife Puan Sri Norainee Abdul Rahman, and cabinet ministers and their wives also attended the banquet.
Tuanku Abdul Halim is scheduled to attend the meeting tomorrow which will be chaired by Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin.
