AUG 19- Shruti Haasan seems to have made the most out of her back to back Bollywood releases, D-Day and Ramaiya Vastavaiya.
Both the films have fared reasonably well at the box office and as a bonus Shruti Haasan has scored herself a role in Anees Bazmee’s Welcome Back, a sequel to the superhit Welcome, where she will be paired opposite John Abraham.
It may be noted that the role was originally listed for Asin but the director confirms that he has finalized Shruti for that role now and they are presently looking for a suitable replacement for Firoze Khan’s character.
Asin on the other hand does have a film lined up with Anees Bazmee for the film No Entry Mein Entry where she will be seen sharing the screen with Salman Khan.
The other project in her kitty is Mere Apne opposite Abhishek Bachchan.
