ew Delhi, February 7, 2013- Salman Khan is known for not stepping up on the stage to accept awards. But there was an exception on February 5th that too after 14 years when Salman went to the podium to accept an award of Best Brand Endorser of The Year.
According to reports, Salman remained seated even when his name was called out this time too but after his fans cajoled him, Salman decided to go on the stage
He reportedly said that he doesn’t generally accept awards because he thinks he doesn’t deserve them. Salman even went on to say that these awards create a rift between actors.Even if Salman performs at any award function he doesn’t go to the stage to receive awards, generally his brother Arbaaz receives them on his behalf.Salman Khan was last seen receiving an award for Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.
