PETALING JAYA, AUG 30- MyWatch co-founder S Gobikrishnan hopes that the crime busting NGO’s chairman R Sri Sanjeevan – now recuperating after being shot at by unknown assailants – would not be suffering from a permanent case of amnesia.
“I hope it is temporary,” he said when contacted, reacting to media reports that Sanjeevan could not remember things clearly, including as to what had happened to him on the day he was shot at.
“He was in a very good condition. He asked for food and my wife fed him. However he seems to be suffering from amnesia,” Ramakrishnan told FMT.
“We are happy that he has recovered but we are worried about his memory loss,” he added.
Ramakrishnan believes that Sanjeevan is suffering from memory loss because he was in a state of coma for 10 days.
MyWatch believes that Sanjeevan was shot as he planned to expose several senior police officers who were involved in the underworld.
Last week Gobikrishnan told FMT that MyWatch would continue its work in exposing corrupt policemen who have links with drug syndicates and underworld kingpins.
