New Delhi, December 27- Superstar Salman Khan who turns 48 today, brought in his birthday celebrations earlier this time.
According to reports, our homegrown ‘dabangg’ actor welcomed the who’s who of Bollywood in to his Panvel farmhouse. Dhoom 3 actor Aamir Khan, and Sajid Nadiadwala attended the bash that the star – otherwise spending most of his time with family – threw in advance to celebrate his big ’48’.
Not only that, Bigg Boss 7 contestants like Elli Avram and Armaan Kohli, too, reportedly joined the party. Adding to the list of attendees were Jai Ho’s new singer-composer duo: Armaan and Amal Malik. Actor Aditya Pancholi had been invited too, but couldn’t make it. Instead his son Sooraj Pancholi is reported to have been in attendance.
It’s no news that most producers and directors are vying for Salman’s attention these days, and those who are, were seen attending this grand event including filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya, with whom Salman is scheduled to start work in the later half of the new year.
Other Bollywood biggies like Boney Kapoor (the man behind the upcoming No Entry Mein Entry with Salman, Ramesh Taurani (working with Salman on one of his forthcoming projects), and Kabir Khan (who made Ek Tha Tiger) also attended. Filmmaker David Dhawan, and his son Varun were spotted too.
From the way most industry reports have shaped up, there was a lavish display of food, and some good times spent with family and friends. What more could a superstar at 48 want?
Here’s wishing Sallu bhai many more such grand birthdays.
