New Delhi, Jan 2 – If media buzz is to be believed, longtime partners Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukerji have finally zeroed in on a date for their wedding, and what’s more, they have also chosen the venue.
The venue apparently is the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, and the auspicious date is slotted to be February 10, 2014. The venue is the same where Nita Ambani’s gala birthday celebrations took place this year.
A source has been quoted saying, “When Rani had come for Nita Ambani’s birthday celebrations, she’d done a recce of the palace. The confirmation came just a few days ago. The wedding celebrations will take place in the first two weeks of February, and the wedding might be on February 10. Since they wanted to keep it private, they have said that everyone should respect their request for total secrecy around the wedding.”
However, neither anyone from Rani’s end nor from the Yash Raj clan has made any official confirmation about the speculated event. Both the families have time and again made it clear that they want to keep the marriage a private affair and have requested everyone to respect their privacy.
There have been speculations doing the rounds about the couple having gotten engaged, after the lady in question was spotted with a huge diamond ring on her finger. Now let’s see if Bollywood is finally geared up for this blessed union.
