KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 14 – Naza TTDI recently launched the TTDI Ascencia serviced apartment, with gross development value of RM134.5 million.
In a statement, it said the apartment sits on a 0.36-hectare plot, with 154 units comprising studio units and one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 48.3 sq. m. to 148.6 sq. m.
Senior General Manager of Marketing and Sales Mohd Johan Shadzli Mohd Daud said the preview campaigns conducted over the three months prior to the launch have attracted strong interest, especially from residents of TTDI.
“This contributed to a successful take-up rate of 50 per cent of the units during the launch week.
“I believe that the location of the proposed MRT station beside TTDI Ascencia is a unique selling point of the development as it will provide residents with easy access to other parts of the city through the improved urban rail network,” he said.
A special early bird package offers buyers a five per cent discount, waiver of fees for loan, sale and purchase agreements, as well as a maintenance fee waiver for the first 12 months. The apartment units are selling from RM554,100 for the studio and RM2,511,900 for the penthouse.
The semi-furnished residence is expected to be completed within 42 months from the launch date and units will include kitchen cabinets, hoods, hobs, built-in wardrobes in the master bedroom, water heater, air conditioners and a plaster ceiling.
