GSK reported on 27 May 2014 that GlaxoSmithKline plc (LSE/NYSE: GSK) has been informed by the British Serious Fraud Office (SFO) that it has opened a formal criminal investigation into the Group’s commercial practices.
GSK states it is committed to operating its business to the highest ethical standards and will continue to cooperate fully with the SFO.
GSK is the manufacturer of a range of popular consumer products.
