New Delhi, June 8 – Indian Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj (R), shakes hand with Chinese Foreign Affairs Minister Wang Yi (L), during a meeting today in New Delhi, India.
Wang Yi is on a two-day official visit to India.
China, which always had thorny relationships with India on border issues, has quickly despatched its Foreign Minister to mend the ties with India, noting Narendra Modi’s strong showing in recent polls.
