SINGAPORE, Aug 28 – Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak returned to Kuala Lumpur Thursday after a one-day working visit to Singapore where he opened Malaysia’s first overseas agrobazaar outlet.
Najib, who was accompanied by wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, flew back from Singapore at 10.30 am. The Malaysian High Commissioner to Singapore, Datuk Husni Zai Yaacob, and his wife Datin Norshiha Hasbullah bade farewell to Najib and Rosmah.
Najib and Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong jointly had launched the Malaysian agrobazaar of the Malaysian Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (Fama) at Sultan Gate, a popular tourist hotspot in the island republic. The agrobazaar features a selection of fresh fruits and agro-based products from Malaysia.
