KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 20 — Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) secretary- general S. Arutchelvan (pic) was detained under the Sedition Act 1948 Thursday night.
This was confirmed by Kuala Lumpur police chief, Datuk Tajuddin Md Isa.
According to a posting on PSM’s Facebook page, Arutchelvan was arrested at his house at about 7pm and taken to the Dang Wangi district police headquarters.
