KUALA LUMPUR, March 1- The Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has agreed to extend the discount period for payment of traffic compounds in conjunction with Federal Territory Day 2013 from today to March 8.  In a statement today, DBKL said this was following positive response from city residents for the RM30 flat rate offered on all traffic offences throughout February.
