Kuala Lumpur, July 6 – MIC sources claimed that Dato N.Muniandy has recently filed an Ex-Parter application in Kuala Lumpur High Court seeking an order that Dato Seri G.Palanivel should not be referred as MIC President. Muniandy in his application stated that he has obtained an official office-bearers list from RoS which declared that Datuk Seri Dr S.Subramaniam is the Acting President of MIC.
It is believed that the KL High Court has granted an injunction today morning against Palanivel not to be referred as President of MIC.
An official announcement about the decision is expected to be released soon.
