Kuala Lumpur, July 14 – The Kuala Lumpur High Court will hear today the application on behalf of Datuk Seri G.Palanivel to set aside the interim injunction obtained by Ampang Jaya branch chairman Datuk N.Muniandy barring Palanivel from declaring himself as President of MIC.
Muniandy (pic) filed for a declaration that Palanivel should not declare and function as President of MIC in view of the official office-bearers list released by RoS which stated Datuk Seri Dr S.Subramaniam as the Acting President of MIC.
The Kuala Lumpur High Court granted an interim injunction on July 6 against Palanivel after hearing the ex-parte application filed by Muniandy.
